When Medication Alone Isn’t Enough
TMS, Spravato, and IV Ketamine for depression, anxiety, and treatment-resistant conditions — managed by a psychiatry-led team in Gilbert, AZ.
Our Core Treatments
Six interventional psychiatry services, delivered under one roof by our psychiatry-led clinical team. These are the treatments patients come to us for when standard care hasn’t been enough.
TMS Therapy
FDA-cleared transcranial magnetic stimulation for depression and OCD. Non-invasive, drug-free, covered by most insurance.
Spravato
Esketamine nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression. REMS-certified provider — all prior authorizations handled in-house.
IV Ketamine
Physician-supervised infusions for depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Rapid-acting relief in a monitored clinical setting.
Medication Management
Comprehensive psychiatric medication care, paired with interventional options when standard treatment falls short.
IV Nutritional Therapy
Targeted IV protocols — NAD+, glutathione, Myers cocktail — that support brain health alongside psychiatric treatment.
Hormone Replacement
Hormone optimization for patients whose mood, energy, and cognition are affected by hormonal imbalance.
Why Interventional Psychiatry?
Our psychiatry-led team provides TMS, Spravato, IV Ketamine, and medication management — interventional treatments that go beyond what medication alone can achieve.
Psychiatry-Led Clinical Team
Every protocol is supervised by credentialed psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners — not a wellness franchise.
REMS Certified for Spravato
One of a limited number of REMS-certified Spravato providers in Arizona. We handle all prior authorizations in-house.
Built for Treatment-Resistant Cases
When antidepressants fall short, we’re the next step. TMS, Spravato, and IV Ketamine are designed for patients who need more.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions patients and referring providers ask most.
Is Spravato covered by insurance?
Yes. Spravato is FDA-approved and covered by most major commercial plans and Medicare when criteria are met. We handle all prior authorizations in-house.
How many TMS sessions do I need?
Standard TMS is 36 sessions, 5 days/week over 6–7 weeks. Each session is about 20 minutes. Most patients notice improvement by weeks 3–4.
What is the difference between Spravato and IV Ketamine?
Spravato is FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray, administered in-office with 2-hour monitoring, and covered by insurance. IV Ketamine is a physician-supervised infusion, typically self-pay, with similar rapid-acting effects for depression and PTSD.
Is TMS safe? Are there side effects?
TMS is non-invasive and FDA-cleared. The most common side effects are mild scalp discomfort and headaches that resolve within the first week of treatment. No sedation, no downtime, and you can drive yourself home after every session.
Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can schedule directly with our team. If you have a primary care provider or outside psychiatrist, we’re happy to coordinate care with them.
Where are you located?
Gilbert, AZ — serving Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, and the greater Phoenix area.
Do you accept referrals from other providers?
Yes. We handle all prior authorizations for TMS and Spravato and coordinate care so referring providers remain the primary treating clinician. See our For Providers page for the referral form.
What should I expect at my first IV Ketamine infusion?
Sessions last 45–60 minutes in a monitored clinical environment. Some patients experience mild dissociative effects that resolve quickly after the infusion ends. You’ll need a ride home.
